The Texas Chapters of APCO and NENA are excited to announce

the Annual Conference to be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center, April 21-24 2023, in Denton, TX.

INDUSTRY PARTNER REGISTRATION

Industry Partners are a vital part of the 9-1-1 Community. Here in Texas we appreciate and acknowledge the leadership and support our Industry Partners provide us. This annual conference provides a perfect opportunity for you to present your

9-1-1 industry solutions to the many 9-1-1 professionals in attendance. We anticipate strong industry support and encourage early registration. Again, this year, we have online registration for our Industry Partners. You will be able to register online beginning TBD, and download forms and other vital conference information. We have selected Shepherd Exhibitor Services as our contractor for the conference.

Booth prices this year are:

10×10- $1,200

10×20- $2,000

10×30- $3,000

Your booth includes:

8′ High Back Drape and 3′ High Side Rails

Carpet

7” x 44” ID Sign

6′ Draped Table – (white)

2 Chairs

Wastebasket

Wireless Internet Access

The Convention Center will route one electrical outlet to each booth, per our contract. Should you require more than one, you will need to contact the Convention Center to set it up for your particular booth.

Your booth comes with one (1) full complimentary registration. If you have other booth representatives you wish to have full access, they will need to be registered as well. This can be done through registration beforehand or at the desk upon arrival. Entry to the IP hall will not be granted to those without a registration badge.

Request for refunds will be honored until March 29, 2024 at 5pm, minus a 3% professing fee. After this date, no refunds will be given, but substitutions can be made.
