Registration/Attendee: Volunteers for this activity will facilitate the registration desk in checking in attendees and ensuring that fees are paid, and all items are dispersed to the attendee.
Registration/ Vendors: Volunteers for this activity will facilitate the registration desk in checking in vendors/booth staff and ensuring that fees are paid, and all items are dispersed to the vendor/booth staff.
First Timer’s Reception Scanner: Volunteers for this activity will stand at the entrance to this location and greet first-time attendees while scanning their badges. No one is allowed to enter without being scanned.
Welcome Reception Scanner: Volunteers for this activity will stand at the entrance to the Welcome Reception and greet attendees while scanning each person's badge. No one is allowed into the event without being scanned.
Breakfast Scanner: Volunteers for this activity will stand at the entrance to the breakfast location, greet attendees and scan each person's badge. No one is allowed to enter without being scanned.
PET/TNT Booth: Volunteers for this activity will man the PET/TNT booth inside the IP Hall. The booth is to educate and inform attendees about the group. Individuals who sign up for this activity should be a member familiar with the group. Please report directly to the PET/TNT booth 5 minutes before the assigned time for further instructions.
Lunch Scanner: Volunteers for this activity will stand at the entrance to the lunch location, greet attendees and scan each person's badge. No one is allowed to take a plate for lunch without first being scanned.
Session Scanner/Host: Volunteers for educational sessions are responsible for scanning attendees in AND out of the session they are assigned to, the introduction of speakers, passing out prize drawing tickets to attendees and facilitating the drawing for the prizes, presentation of the prize to the winner and the dissemination and collection of the session evaluations. Volunteers will scan each attendee into the session prior to its beginning and again as attendees leave the session to ensure TCOLE credit can be approved. They are responsible for returning drawing tickets & course evaluations back to the war room when their assigned session is completed. *Volunteers will also scan themselves into any sessions for which they will remain for the entire session to receive TCOLE credit.
Tuesday Night Party Set-Up: Volunteers for this activity will report to the ballroom to the Tuesday night committee chairs and assist in decorating. Tuesday night committee chairs are listed on our website with contact information if there are further questions.
Tuesday Night Scanner: Volunteers for this activity will stand at the entrance to this location and scan each person's badge. No one is allowed to enter without being scanned.
Tuesday Night Party-Clean Up: Volunteers are to stay after the party ends and help facilitate in clean up of the ballroom area. Please verify with Committee Chairs where to meet to help with this event. Committee Chairs are listed on our website.
Awards Ceremony Set-Up: Volunteers for this activity will help facilitate the decoration of tables and more with the Committee Chairs for this event. The Committee Chairs are listed on our website for further questions.
Awards Ceremony Scanner: Volunteers for this activity will stand at the entrance to this location and scan each person's badge. No one is allowed to enter without being scanned. Please meet with Committee Chair for this event for further information or questions.
